Thank you for choosing Reign Lash where provides quality eyelash extensions and expert treatments (Eyelash extension, Lash Lift, Eyebrow and Lash Tint).
Eyelash relevant treatments are not for everyone and you do agree on the following conditions and agreements thus you make the appointment of any eyelash relevant treatment with Reign Lash.
Please make sure you do NOT have the following conditions:
- Unusual sensitively or skin reaction to cyanoacrylate-based adhesives.
- Moderate to severe allergies in combination with abnormal eye discharge.
- Any eye disease or medical condition such as conjunctivitis (‘Pink Eye’)
- A recent bacterial or fungal infection in or around the eye area.
- A compromise immune system due to cancer treatment, hepatitis or advanced AIDS.
- Skin disease.
- Any metabolic or endocrine disorder.
- Cosmetic tattooing, eye surgery, blunt trauma in or around the eye area.
- Intoxications or impaired motor skill due to medication, alcohol or any other drug.
Before the treatment
Agreement
I, the client of Reign Lash, I agree and implement the following statements:
I have had the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns I have about proceeding with this optional, cosmetic service. By booking and proceeding with today’s lash appointment, I acknowledge that eyelash extension or lash relevant treatments may carry certain inherent and possible risks (including, but not limited to): redness, irritation itching swelling and/or other symptoms of ocular distress that are beyond your lash practitioner’s responsibility or control.
Eyelash relevant treatments or Tinting may not be suitable for everybody. If you experience any discomfort in the first 24 hours after application, please notify your lash technician immediately to have the lash extensions promptly and properly deboned.
After the treatment
Agreement
I, the client of Reign Lash, I agree and implement the following statements:
If I need to seek medical attention I must do so and my own expense. While there are no refunds for this service(eyelash extension) once applied, removal within 48 hours is complimentary. Otherwise, a $25 fee will apply. It is important to understand those self-removal methods or having another practitioner or professional – even the doctor(remove your extensions) may result in excessive lash breakage and temporary damage.
I do not have any condition as noted above or any other condition, which I am aware that would affect the general use or application of eyelash extensions.
I understand that the infill appointment will be necessary every one to three weeks to maintain a full look for an additional fee. I understand that I must keep my lashes away from oily products and cleanse my eyelash extensions with foaming/soapy cleanser 2~ 4 times a week.
